Do I need a passport to travel to Puerto Rico?

US citizens do not need a passport to travel to Puerto Rico.

How many leaders/students to a room?

Students are three or four to a room and adults are two to a room. We offer single rooms at a higher cost.

Who will be with us during our trip?

While in Puerto Rico, you can expect to be met at the airport by a tour director who will remain with you throughout your trip. On some excursions, a second additional tour guide will be present. 

How will we travel while in Puerto Rico?

You will be transported on an air conditioned tour bus. Our tour buses are insured and certified by the Tourism Department.

Will we have someone with us the entire trip?

Yes - one of our staff members will be with your group from the moment your group arrives for the duration of your trip.

How are payments handled? 

A deposit is required with enrollment. A second payment is due six months before your arrival. Your final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. Please contact us for payment options.

How exactly do customized itineraries work?

Please notify our staff if you would like to customize your itinerary. Based on your requests, there may be a change in your per person cost.

Are special dietary accommodations made?

We can not guarantee that every restaurant on our tour will meet every dietary need. If notified in advance, we ask restaurants to provide options for those who request them.

Will my cell phone work in Puerto Rico?

Most major cell service providers work in Puerto Rico at no extra charge.
